Breed: Birmingham Roller |
Year: 2008 |
Gender: Hen |
 |
| Color: Black Bald Head |
Band: NBRCH418-08 |
Description: She is another Smith and Plona / James Turner bird. She has been flying since May 08 and she started to roll when I first fly her. She is a small bird with small head and shorter beak than an average roller. I guess that explains her speed. She is a good kit flyer and a nonstop roller. She is very frequent and rolls about 20 to 30 feet tight, really fast and always safe. Last updated: 3/23/2010 |

Description: He is another Smith/Plona and James Turner bird that I got from Jeff Matt. He has been flying since May 2008. He is a good kit flyer and a non-stop roller about 20 to 30 feet tight and fast. He has developed very early like his sister. Although he is not a roll down, sometimes he crash lands after few hours of flying. He and her sister have the performance that I wish all my rollers have. One can easily win a competition with this family of birds.

Description: She is another Smith/Plona and James Turner family that I got from Jeff Matt. She is a roll down and only being used as a breeder. All the babies produced from her are exceptional competition rollers. They are mostly safe and 20 to 30 feet but super fast rollers. I am planning to create a family of birds out of this bird. She will be my foundation hen within a year as most of my birds will be related to her.
